Up for rent is an apartment in a 4plex in Orem (near 800 N and State Street, more precisely near 700 N and 440 W)). $600/month, $590 if you pay your rent before the 1st.
We're looking for nice, responsible tenats.
Qwirks: covered off street parking (even for two cars), water/sewage/trash included (you pay gas, electric, internet if desired), washer dryer hookups, disposal, bottom-level unit (we'll provide an A/C unit or swamp cooler for the summer). Good freeway and State street access (close to most things). Swing set. If you sign for a year we let you paint a wall with whatever you want (ex: front room wall to match furniture). If you sign for two years we let you paint a whole room any way you want.
